Paris Hilton is to face her former fiance's ex girlfriend in court - after she is suing the heiress for a staggering $10million.
Zeta Graff, who dated Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis before Hilton, claims the reality TV star made up defamatory stories about her, including jealous and criminal behavior.
The stories were printed in America's New York Post newspaper.
In one piece, Paris claimed that at a party on June 30 Graff allegedly tried to strangle her in a jealous rage.
In the lawsuit, Graff claims Paris had threatened to "destroy" her earlier that evening before asking club promoters to have the
model ejected.
The lawsuit reads, "For motives which are not yet entirely clear, defendant Paris Hilton and others recently caused a number of vicious lies about Ms Graff, a professional
model, actress and film producer, to be published in the New York Post."
Hilton's lawyer is yet to make a statement on the court case due to be heard in January, claiming they are still investigating the incident.
