Rod Stewart and his fiance Penny Lancaster have chosen baby names for their unborn tot.

The rocker and his model wife, who are expecting their first child together in December, will call it Jimmy or Charlie if it is a boy.

The baby's middle name will be Wallace after Penny's grandfather who died in a car accident in January 2003.

If the pair have a baby girl they have picked the names Isabella or Amelia - but the sexy blonde is sure the baby will be a boy.

She told Britain's "This Morning" chat show: "Everyone looks at me and says: 'You're having a boy.'"

"I'd love a little mini Rod! We have gone through a funny list of names and we've had things up on the fridge and all the kids writing their ideas down."

But Penny said she and Rod will only make a final decision when the baby arrives. She added: "I thought about names right at the beginning and now it's gone to the back of my mind. I am concentrating on the birth."

"I suppose I'll wait until the final moment before I decide."

Meanwhile, Rod is reportedly keeping a helicopter on standby at his concerts - so he can rush to the birth of his baby in a moments notice. The rocker is appearing on stage in November - which is close to model Penny Lancaster's due date.
