Kate Moss is due back in Britain within the next 48 hours - to be questioned by police over drug allegations.
The
supermodel will be quizzed about the now infamous images of her snorting cocaine.
A friend of the
supermodel told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Kate's finally decided to face up to her responsibilities."
"She's realized that as long as she's honest, she has little to fear and will be better of talking to police."
The 32-year-old beauty - who recently split from drug addicted musician Pete Doherty - won't be arrested but will have her lawyer with her.
Moss has been residing abroad ever since pictures of her taking cocaine appeared last September.
A senior Scotland Yard source confirmed they are to question Moss, saying: "We have made it clear through her representatives that we'll see her at whichever police station she chooses, whenever she chooses. But we want this done sooner rather than later."
Moss is expected to leave the country again immediately after being interviewed.
