MINOGUE'S 2008 TOUR DATES REVEALED (Kylie Minogue) The "2 Hearts" singer - who released her new album "X" earlier this week - has promised fans the string of new shows, dubbed "KylieX2008," will be "totally different."
Kylie, 39, said: "I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself."
"The eclectic mix of sounds on 'X' is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative."
"My new tour will be a look to the future but will definitely include favorites alongside the new."
"I can't wait to share it with you next year! See you soon!"
Earlier this month, the Australian pop princess - whose breast cancer diagnosis in May 2005 lead to the cancellation of her "Showgirl" tour in Australia - was rumored to have canceled the then speculated tour due to ongoing health problems.
However, Kylie dismissed the reports as "completely false" and her representatives released a statement denying the allegations.
A press release said: "Reports that Kylie has canceled a tour are not true."
"Kylie has not been told by her doctors that touring 'could seriously harm her health.' And touring is something that she is still considering for the future."
"Her health remains excellent and she is in the middle of promoting her new single and album."
The 24-date tour will kick-off in Paris on May 6, 2008, and including dates in Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
The tour will finish on July 27 with a spectacular show at London's O2 arena.
Tickets for the UK shows will go on sale on December 3 and will be available on Kylie's official website www.kylie.com
