Kay Panabaker (born May 2, 1990) is a TV actress. She stars in WB's Summerland as Nikki Westerly. She also stars in Disney Channel's "Phil of the Future" (2004) as straight laced Debbie Berwick, a friend of Pim Diffy.

Born in Orange, Texas, she is now living in Los Angeles, California with her parents and her sister Danielle Panabaker, who is also an actress. She is now enrolled in college courses at the age of 15. While unable to shoot new episodes of Disney Channel's series "Phil of the Future", Kay still hears from fans who are enjoying her Season 1 episodes as straight-laced Debbie Berwick, a big departure from her "Summerland" character.She has two dogs named Peanut and Butter.
